3. Cancellation and Refund Policy
Cancellations made more than 10 days before the scheduled tour date will receive a full refund. - Cancellations made within 5 days of the scheduled tour date will incur a 50% cancellation fee. - No refunds will be provided for no-shows or cancellations made less than 5 days before the scheduled departure time.
4. Tour Changes
Pharos Ventures d.o.o. reserves the right to cancel or alter any tour due to weather conditions, mechanical issues, or other unforeseen circumstances. - If a tour is canceled by Pharos Ventures d.o.o., customers will be offered a rescheduled tour or a full refund.
